Supersight strengthens its AI quality assurance with new team member, Sham AlHamoud

Helsinki, Finland – 10 October 2025 – Sham AlHamoud has joined Supersight as Quality Assurance Engineer, reinforcing the company’s commitment to excellence in data-driven AI deployments and edge computing reliability.

In her role, Sham will be responsible for ensuring the high quality and accuracy of Supersight’s AI-powered people counting and visual analytics solutions. Her work covers deployments, on-site installations, maintenance, and issue troubleshooting. Sham will lead the service assurance process to ensure reliability and precision across diverse environments and use cases.

Sham joins Supersight from Vaisala, where she worked as a Giant Leap Project Trainee, leading an independent R&D project on optical measurement instruments for liquid analysis. She has also gained hands-on experience at Aalto University as a research assistant, studying, analyzing and reporting on different materials for CO2-based catalysts.

Sham holds a Bachelor of Science and Technology in Chemical Engineering from Aalto University, where she graduated with distinction and received multiple academic awards. She is currently completing her Master’s degree in Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering, specialising in process engineering.

Outside of her professional interests, Sham is an accomplished musician, performing on the medieval lute, and enjoys dancing and boxing. She speaks fluent English, Finnish, and Arabic, and has working proficiency in French.

With Sham’s arrival, Supersight continues to expand its high-performing R&D team to support rapid growth and product reliability as it scales internationally.
